Class Cancellation & Make-Up Policy (5-Month Term Program)

Cancellation Policy

Our St. Alphonsus Friday program runs on a fixed 5-month term (January–May 2026).

Because seats are limited and reserved for the full term:
➡ Cancellations, pauses, or early withdrawals are not available.
Once registered, families commit to the full 5-month program.

Non-Instruction Days (No Classes)

These are the school days we will not be running classes due to closures or holidays:

• Friday, February 6

• Friday, February 13

• Friday, March 27 (Early Dismissal – no class)

• Friday, April 3 (Spring Break)

• Friday, April 10 (Good Friday)

➡ Your monthly subscription will be adjusted and prorated to reflect these non-instruction days.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for:

• Missed classes

• Absences

• School closures outside our control

• Previous months in the term

This ensures fairness for all families and allows us to run consistent, high-quality programming on-site at the school.

Make-Up Class Policy

Because this is a school-based program with a set weekly schedule:
➡ Make-up classes are not available.

If your child misses a class, no worries — our coaches will help them jump back in the following week without falling behind.
