Class Cancellation & Make-Up Policy
Program Commitment
The St. Alphonsus Coding Club runs as two 4-month terms:
Term 1: October 2026 – January 2027
Term 2: February – May 2027
Registration is a commitment to the 4-month term selected. Cancellations, pauses, or early withdrawals are not available during a term.
Students registered for Term 1 can choose to continue into Term 2. Term 2 requires a separate registration.
School Closures & Non-Instruction Days
Classes follow the St. Alphonsus school calendar. Some Fridays may have no class due to holidays, school closures, professional development days, or other scheduled school events.
Families will receive a calendar with all scheduled class dates and closures.
Missed Classes & Make-Ups
Can't make a class? Make-up classes are available at either of our two Winnipeg Skill Samurai locations, subject to availability.
To schedule a make-up, visit our website and click “Book a Make-Up Class.”
Make-up classes must be booked in advance and completed while the student is actively enrolled.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for missed classes, student absences, early withdrawal, or classes already attended.
