Class Cancellation & Make-Up Policy (5-Month Term Program)

Cancellation Policy

This program runs on a fixed 5-month term (January–May 2026).
Because seats are limited and allocated for the full term:

➡ Cancellations, pauses, or early withdrawals are not available for this program.

Once registered, families commit to the full 5-month term.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for:

• Missed classes

• Absences

• School closures outside our control

• Previous months in the term

This ensures fairness for all families and helps us keep the program running smoothly on-site at the school.

Make-Up Class Policy

Because this is a school-based program with a set weekly schedule:

➡ Make-up classes are not available for this program.

If your child misses a class, we’ll make sure they can jump right back into the next session without falling behind.
